Panserin 411適用多種細胞的培養基，已添加L-glutamin與胰島素，可培養貼附和非貼附的細胞
Iscove的MEM為基底，將微量元素，白蛋白，膽固醇，大豆脂質，維生素和胰島素添加的優化培養基，且並不添加任何生長因子或貼附因子
由於不包含貼附因子，對於某些細胞培養時需使用gelatine、collagen、poly-D-lysine或 fibronectin預處理時，能在無血清條件下進行培養
